Upload/Download - If you are having trouble uploading or downloading files, make sure the Upload/Download Wizard is installed and enabled under My Account. If it is not, click on Change Active X Wizard Status and follow the installation prompts.

Internet Explorer: You may receive the message that the wizard was NOT installed. Click OK on the message box and install from the IE notification that Active X was not installed.

Set up this FTP site in Filezilla using filetransfer.fanucamerica.com as the host.

Encryption - User explicit FTP over TLS if available.
